tjugotjugo – året när allt allt allt ALLT ställdes in, pausades och virtualiserades pågrundav covid-19! men hey, vet ni vad – då gör jag tvärtom – jag drar igång igen - det var drygt sju år sedan sist. nu kör vi, bloggen, vi testar på nytt du & jag. allt är glömt och förlåtet. framförallt är min forna form glömd (men kanske inte förlåten!). livet kom lixom emellan – en fantastisk son – jobbfokus - men nu är suget efter lopp & utmaning total – nu kommer inte livet emellan – nu lever vi livet istället!

kanske var det här med nedstängning och inställning bra för mitt komma-tillbaka-försök. jag har fått komma tillbaks i lagom takt. låtit kroppen vinna över krämpor och skador och graviditet. ett par virtuella lopp har det blivit – får se, kanske får dom sitt omnämnande så småningom. MEN den här godingen är definitivt värd det; 5 september gjorde jag min snabbaste 5kilometare på århundranden. det var asics stockholm high five virtual edition som avverkades i ett jädrans tempo [för att vara jag version 2020!] – 28 minuter och 35 sekunder.

känslan? knallröd i fejset. kräksmak i munnen. darriga ben. ont i lungorna. och ett jäkla sug efter mer!
